President Putin was the 'star' in an exhibition game of ice hockey, scoring no less than 5 goals for his team.

The Aljazeera commentator said something like: ' the opposing team members showed an almost unique ability to move backwards & get out of the way when Putin was on attack'

Something like the rule in golden oldies rugby when the oldies with purple shorts are not allowed to be touched or tackled?

More like a Kremlin rule that no-one gets in the way of Putin.

He plays from time to time at Night Hockey League along with other high profile politicians and billionaires.

Back in the days, when he was younger he did not mind light tackles but considering his age now.. not bad either :)

Well maybe he's just a really really talented hockey player!

If so, he's not the only politician to display such sporting prowess. Former Korean president Kim Jong-Il, back in 1994, reportedly finished the difficult Pyongyang Golf Course on an unprecedented 38 under par, for a total of only 34. He also achieved five holes-in-one in this round, an achievement which has been verified by 17 armed bodyguards.

Pfft that's nothing.. Kim Jong-un has godlike abilities at pretty much anything he touches

ESPN ARTICLE:

"Kim Jong-un reportedly played a secret exhibition game with some of this NHL’s biggest stars this past summer. More astonishing than the fact that he notched a Gordie Howe hat trick in his first time on the ice? He did it while playing goalie"

Kim Jong Un > Putin

I bet if Trump played sport, he'd beat the other two hands down too/

It was an exhibition match and given his age at 65 tackling him hard would have been stupid. Given his age and position I think its cool he did it.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Yeah, maybe I am being too hard on him. My only attempt at ice skating did not end well - at least I did not break any bones.
