Kapusta = cabbage, kishka = blood or offal sausage, surströmming = rotten herring, casu marzu = cheese full of live maggots. Don't do an image search on the last one.

An observation about Russian demographics. In a nutshell, everything about Russia's demographics is wrong; Russia's future looks bleak.

There's an unusual quirk with male/female ratios in Russia. Where most countries have an even split between males / females, in Russia there is a lack of men.

This causes problems in the Russian economy, because Russia is definitely "men are the salary earners." The dark colours below are bad.

Also the "Population pyramid" represents age group distribution. In a healthy country it's rectangle shaped, meaning there are enough young workers paying taxes. The Russian "population pyramid" is bizarre.

Germany had something like this in the 1930s with the Reichserbhofgesetz, part of the Nazi folderol of blood and soil and salt-of-the-earth farmers. What it in effect did was doom anyone born of a peasant farmer to also be a peasant farmer. The response to this was that rural people stopped having children because they had no hope for a better future, there's a significant dent in the demographics in the years that law was applied.

I would imagine there's something similar driving the weird Russian distribution.

Looks like another Russian politician forgot that it was a special military operation rather than a war:

Anatoly Karpov in hospital with fractured skull

The 12th World Champion and current member of Duma, Anatoly Karpov, 71, was found on the ground outside of the Duma, and unresponsive.

Duma is the Russian parliament. The State Duma building is quite tall and has lots of windows.

As with all Russian news, there are about half a dozen totally contradictory stories about this.

In one of the Russian victory parades after WWII where they paraded captured German troops through the streets an old Russian woman is recorded as having said "harassed/harried into war, just like our boys". It's always been like that.

That's a rather old video, they did this in March. Makes sense too, you really don't want foreign-owned and controlled CAs to be able to bypass your security theatre.

In this case it probably makes sense too since the threat isn't generic phishing against anyone and everyone but things like targeting of traffic to Russian government institutions. Having said that, since said traffic will largely be inside Russia it probably isn't that big an actual threat.
