Business Insider: Russia tried to claim months ago it destroyed American-made armored vehicles that the US didn't even offer Ukraine until last week

A video from September that is circulating online shows Russia claiming it destroyed four Bradley vehicles.

However, the US only announced last week that it plans to send the armored vehicles to Ukraine.

Russia has been repeatedly caught fabricating details of the war in Ukraine.

Hopefully someone is also sending a lot of Bradley and Challenger II decoys.
I imagine Russia will go wild using up long range systems trying to swot them.

Putin's people are now being asked to get remote tech workers back into the country.
I don't see anyone with a fraction of smarts amongst the 100 thousand or more who left.
falling for an order to come back to visit head office.

Those that stayed might be seeing their last opportunity to get out too.

Maybe contract delays as companies can't deliver unless performance specs, lead-times and many other things are relaxed.
That creates another problem.

Others have mentioned old style Soviet punishments for not meeting quotas.

You send people off to become cannon fodder, encourage a million or more citizens to leave the country,
and wonder why you are short of skilled workers or anyone to train them.

Maybe they (allies) need to got low tech.Drop millions of leaflets, except they will be true. This war wont run to the natural conclusion, 2022/23 is too modern. It can simmer for years, decimating Russian Federation but also the West You need to fire up the plebs. Its essentially 1 vs 71 million, use that.

They won't need to, Ukraine will take care of that. This is why Russia destroyed three times as many HIMARS systems as Ukraine had been supplied with, and Ukraine still kept hitting them with HIMARS afterwards

Well, either that or it was vranyo at work again, always a factor with Russian claims.

Clearly the Australian tanks have a flip down sausage & onion bbq. What would a modern New Zealand tank have?

Its only a Poland away from the conflict, at least France has whole of Germany as a buffer?

A main point of Leopards is there are a number of countries in Europe with them to share supply, spares and expertise.
Even Canada.
Not to undersell crew survivability, which is not a consideration with flip top Russian ones.
Diesel engineers are more plentiful, plus one would expect bits like injectors are an industry common item.
Engine is used in Leclerc tropicalisé , Challenger 2E, Merkava Mk. 4, Arjun, K2 Black Panther.
Possibly a similar engine used in other commercial heavy tracked vehicles too.
I imagine Ukraine also has many Diesel techs who used to work on heavy tractors.
