I knew I'd seen that somewhere that if Trump (or whoever) wanted a recount, they would have to pay for it.
Jesus, now the Republicans who voted against certifying the Wayne County results, then changed their minds, have now changed their minds again and want to rescind their votes to certify. This ongoing clown show has completely gutted whatever tattered vestige of respectability America still had in the world. Even as a banana republic the country has lost status.

Apparently the story is that they can't just change their mind. so a lawsuit claims they were bullied into certifying. the lawsuit states they want to rescind, but the lawsuit has since been withdrawn as its main premise is incorrect and Michigan is on track to finalize the election result on Nov 23.
??? unless ... a new lawsuit is successful ... ?

"Disturbing new details in alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer"
This is what Trump enables.
There is new and disturbing information in the alleged militia plot against the governor of Michigan.
The 14 men charged had far more violent plans than just a kidnapping, according to federal and state authorities.
New filings claim there was a Plan B the militiamen had drawn up, that involved a takeover of the Michigan capitol building by 200 combatants who would stage a week-long series of televised executions of public officials.
And, according to government documents now on file in lower Michigan court, there was also a Plan C -- burning down the state house, leaving no survivors.
The latest accusations include the charged threat that Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer was to be kidnapped and possibly killed; now government court records cite subplots to stage an armed takeover of the state capitol in Lansing and televise the executions of politicians.

It is indeed disturbing. Straight out of Handmaid's Tale. Democracy really is in serious danger in America. If they let that psychopath stay until January they won't have a democracy. Your link is giving 404 errors.

The Independent - Giuliani sets out conspiracy theories at bizarre press conference
breaking
As what appeared to be hair dye dripped down both sides of his face, Mr Giuliani turned over the podium to attorney Sidney Powell who laid out an incredibly far-fetched conspiracy concerning Dominion Voting Systems, the late president of Venezuela Hugo Chavez (who died in 2013), communist money interfering with US elections, and a vast plot involving computerised vote-switching. *
The president has obsessively tweeted about Dominion since the election, prompting the company to release a statement refuting his attacks. MS Powell accused the company of “serious federal offences”.
After outlining an outlandish conspiracy theory regarding a scheme to decide the election through the system software, Ms Powell concludes: “We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it.”
* co-starring Anitifa, Joe Biden, the Clintons, and George Soros.

The Washington Post - In the waning days of Trump’s presidency, White House press pool reports are getting snarkier
today
... in the waning days of the Trump administration, press pool reports have taken on a more cutting edge.
“The president has nothing on his public schedule today,” began HuffPost reporter Shirish Date’s pool report Tuesday.
“He also has not posted any falsehoods on Twitter about winning the election or fraud or anything else, for that matter, in more than 11 hours. The day, however, is young.” ...

Batman: Apparently Georgia hand recount is finding votes for Trump.

I can't see Trump stopping his fight

If true, finds like that are problematic. Even if they aren't enough to impact the outcome, it can be enough to say "well if it happened here, who's to say it didn't happen elsewhere?".
However you just can't get past the fact that, if there was widespread fraud, why did the Dems lose seats in the house and why didn't they take the senate? You're not going to rig an election that gives you the presidency but limits the president's power.
This is a point that needs to be mentioned a lot more.
The New York Times - Presidential Transition Live Updates: Trump Invites State Lawmakers to White House in Bid to Subvert Election
breaking
After failing repeatedly in court to overturn election results, President Trump is taking the extraordinary step of reaching out directly to Republican state legislators as he tries to subvert the Electoral College process, inviting Michigan lawmakers to meet with him at the White House on Friday.
A source with knowledge of the trip said that Mr. Trump would meet with Michigan’s Senate majority leader, Mike Shirkey, and speaker of the House, Lee Chatfield, late Friday afternoon.
Both lawmakers are Republicans who have said that whoever has the most votes in Michigan after the results are certified will get the state’s 16 electoral votes. ...
With the withdrawal of the Wayne County suit, the Trump campaign and its Republican supporters have now lost or withdrawn from all of their major legal actions in Michigan ...
