Not really related to Trump directly, but...

Is this possible? Could Clarence Thomas's interracial marriage end up being illegal? Jeez, talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Speaking of Clarence Thomas...
What the hell?
“They object on religious grounds to all available COVID–19 vaccines because they were developed using cell lines derived from aborted children,” Justice Clarence Thomas said of the petitioners.

Could Trump be in trouble with the overturning of Roe vs. Wade? Possibly.

Politico - Trump Is in Trouble and He Knows It
today
At first blush, the Supreme Court’s decision striking down Roe v. Wade doesn’t have much to do with the startling revelations produced by the Jan. 6 select committee. ...
The ex-president himself seems to understand that the two are linked in a profound way ...
He has complained publicly that pro-Trump House Republicans erred in boycotting the committee, leaving no one on the panel to defend him or dilute the impact of a well-documented and devastating narrative about his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
He has also let it be known, in ways he evidently expected to be publicized, that he fears the overturning of Roe will have a negative political rebound for Republicans. ...
Two breathtaking developments - one at the Supreme Court, the other across the street at the House select committee - have sent American politics into a whole new realm.
By experience and temperament, this is not a realm in which Trump is well-equipped to prosper.

They only think about themselves - coronavirus is raging pretty badly in the red states too - moreso than blue ones (yes, I acknowledge it's everywhere in the US), but do you see Republicans wearing masks or getting vaccinated? Hardly.
Ironic that Trump was the one who pushed along development of the vaccine, but then again, he's said very little about it since it was rolled out.

He pushed hard for it to be accelerated and wanted to announce its availability on the campaign trail. Instead the FDA didn't approve the first one until after election day. He claimed it was delayed in a conspiracy against him. He still does advocate vaccination and was booed at one of his rallies when he suggested people should get vaccinated.
That's right, I remember reading in one of the books written about the election where he thought it was all politically driven to announce the vaccine after the election, but it was nothing of the sort, it was just timing. While he did get it created promptly (and yes, I do credit him with doing at least that one thing well), it was done in record time, and had 0 to do with the date of the election.
He could have participated in a public service announcement that all the other surviving presidents did promoting the vaccine which would have at least convinced some of his followers, but instead chose not to as he probably still thinks he's "better" than all of them, such is his narcissism 🙄
Apart from that and the rally mention you suggest above as well as a TV interview with someone from Fox(?) I haven't seen him say much else encouraging people to get vaccinated. A pity as he could have saved a lot of lives by doing more - Christ alone knows he open his mouth enough and spews lies, how about using it for something useful for once?
More dirty deeds?
The NY Times - Trump Group Pays for Jan. 6 Lawyers, Raising Concerns of Witness Pressure
today
WASHINGTON - Former President Donald J. Trump's political organization and his allies have paid for or promised to finance the legal fees of more than a dozen witnesses called in the congressional investigation into the Jan. 6 attack, raising legal and ethical questions about whether the former president may be influencing testimony with a direct bearing on him.
The arrangement drew new scrutiny this week after Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide in his White House, made an explosive appearance before the House panel, providing damning new details about Mr. Trump’s actions and statements on the day of the deadly riot.
She did so after firing a lawyer who had been recommended to her by two of Mr. Trump’s former aides and paid for by his political action committee, and hiring new counsel. ...
The episode raised questions about whether Mr. Trump and his allies may, implicitly or explicitly, be pressuring witnesses to hold back crucial information that might incriminate or cast a negative light on the former president.

Yeah, he's caught himself in a nasty bind, after telling everyone it was all a Democract conspiracy and a hoax and whatnot he now can't really go and claim credit for a vaccine for the hoax.
Supreme Court Limits E.P.A.’s Ability to Restrict Power Plant Emissions
The Supreme Court on Thursday limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate carbon emissions from power plants, making it much tougher for President Biden to achieve his goal of cutting greenhouse gas emissions in half by the end of the decade.
Was it Mitch McConnell who said the most effective thing Trump did during his time in office was stack the Supreme Court? It was one of the Retrumplicans anyway, ensuring that even with Trump gone, the decisions he would have made can be promulgated by the Supreme Court in his place.
