There was one disrespectful aggressor J D Vance.

Trump pretty much asked why don't you just trust Putin and kiss and make up like nothing happened.
Zelenskyy was trying to explain what Putin has done to civilians, prisoners of war, the atrocity of Putin's war machine.

Zelenskyy was hardly getting beyond the 2014 start of the war and Putin's record broken promises.
Now Trump says it was 2015, Zelenskyy respectfully corrected Trump.
The destruction and the way Putin has pursued this war with his caravan of war crimes.

Trump was very 'poe faced' when British Prime Minister mentioned Russia paying reoperations.

It was then that J D Vance went off the rails to cut Zelenskyy off so he could not make his case to a % of MAGA who might be swayed.
The claim that Zelinskyy was being disrespectful to the President and USA and not thankful.

That had nothing to do with Zelenskyy trying to explain what he was virtually asked to explain.

Job done subject changed and it just went down from there.

Zelinskyy is willing to talk to any of them and invited them to Ukraine.
They won't go and won't hear him out they just want to interrupt and change the subject to your not wearing a suit.
Calling the tortured and dismembered of Bucha and the many other Bucha's a propaganda tour !

What a disgusting piece of ......

Million %

Vance went off the rails to deflect facts that Putin has breached all previous signed peace and prisoner exchange agreements. Cut OFF and not responded to, diverted to the thanks issue

Vance cut down the EU recently.

That is the line in the sand.

Go Europe. Like minded, trust, same values, neighbours. EU can help rebuild UKR, and will be rewarded with the minerals deal. Win/Win, thats what trusted friends do

Need more of this:

https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/news/uk-world-news/fuel-giant-norway-bans-sales-31110641

Saw on YouTube video so looked for unlocked article on it. In YouTube video had one USA submarine has already been turned away and had to go to a different location to refuel. Looks like no refuelling for US naval vessels in Norway.

Their statement read: "We have today been witnesses to the biggest s***show ever presented 'live on tv' by the current American president and his vice president.

Does that sound like a statement from a significant supplier?

It is unclear how significant this company is, or if this company even supplies visiting U.S forces.

No major international publication has reported on the topic at this time.

It’s being reported in many places. Just because you can’t find it in the publications you trust doesn’t make it not correct.

A lot of links are paywalled as well.

I believe it true until see otherwise.

Looks like the company statement was published on Facebook and detail reported in a Norwegian publication:

https://www.kystens.no/nyheter/nekter-a-selge-drivstoff-til-amerikanerne-vi-har-et-moralsk-kompass/2-1-1786648

CEO might be saying Haltbakk Bunkers delivered 3,000,000 liters to U.S Military in 2024 or he might be saying Haltbakk Bunkers delivered 3,000,000 liters to Ukraine in 2024. Translation.. I can't tell what..

Jake Bro taking on the task of explaining America to non Americans, and its painful

The setup, compared with other events where deals are signed with nations and stage  managed.
A most Russian MAGA given precious time to ask a most stupid question, why don't you wear a suit.
J D Vance staining at the leash ready to trigger Trump, for Elon and Thiel.
Rather than the chief negotiator Trump sent as his representative to Ukraine Keith Kellog ?
Oh there is that other guy I forgot his name staring at the wall as though he is scared someone will pick him to say something.

The Daily Mail article has far less information about the topic than the article you originally quoted. The Daily Mail article has lots of pictures of Starmer, Trump and Zelensky etc. I do expect the Daily Mail will fill that article out with detail over the next 24 hours as reporters confirm the claims made and talk to the original sources.

Watching media now.

Zelensky to meet European leaders in coming hours.

Ukraine Summit designed to bring an end to Russia's illegal war, and to guarantee Ukraine a lasting peace. Coulda happened Friday US time

WH views Fridays shouting match as a win for Trump

I may have missed it but has the WH, Trump, Vance officially reacted since? (ignoring the usual party lines). Obviously any one close that disagrees will be fired. In the meantime, EU is supporting, Trump should be commenting, perhaps they realised they messed up, obviously wont say that, so they have gone quiet. EU is stepping up, be interested to see how Trump responds.

Sorry, still watching media. Vance went to a ski town this weekend, and protestors lined the streets. "Go ski in Russia, traitor" Obviously this isnt the national sentiment, many are over financial support for UKR, they have their own national issues (which Trump is adding to) End of the day it comes down to good vs evil. That is the lowest common denominator, everyone needs to hold onto that. Putin has been, and is being given a wide margin of do what you want, it wont be bad. Trump will sell out UKR, get 50% of their minerals then you and I will do deals to make us great again, including take the territory you earned. FFS.

I assume the real issue is that if any non UKR feet are on the ground or in the air that Russia will enable nukes.

Data analyst on poll showing Republican attitudes toward Russia-Ukraine war

CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten reports on where Republicans stand when it comes to the war in Ukraine following Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s meeting at the White House with President Donald Trump.

https://edition.cnn.com/2025/03/01/politics/video/republicans-war-ukraine-trump-zelensky-meeting-data-enten-digvid

74% of Republicans want a quick end to the war. As many us do. But Putin keeps the land he won

It’s incredible these republicans are unable to see that if that is what happens, then any larger country in future can take on a weaker country, and when decide time to end war keep all land currently occupying.

Including Russia taking on other neighbours at a later date.

Yes, its a massive precedent. Putin wants his beloved USSR back. While its understandable, that some Americans feel they need their country to get a priority. if the world order folds, then focus on military spending above all else, increases. Russia v Poland, Baltic states. China v Taiwan. Just invade, threaten nukes, make a deal that wont be kept and keep the gains. In the current situ, do trade deals with the US afterwards (Russia), so the POTUS made a great deal. When the vote catching deal is breached, it's some elses fault.

While its Breaking News in the media, IMHO its far more serious. If Trump 2.0 was 75% in, the world can hold on for 12 months, but its just a few weeks in, where dictators can make hay
