Oh, I forgot to mention in Trump's sympathy for the dead

The Atlantic: Trump: Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’ and ‘Suckers’

The president has repeatedly disparaged the intelligence of service members, and asked that wounded veterans be kept out of military parades, multiple sources tell The Atlantic.

The direction the Judge in the "Documents" case is so clearly stalling and either incompetent or something more sinister.

Listening to the time wasting and trying to steer the case so it can be dismissed. I think its already at the point were he should take it to the 11th circuit court of appeals.

She is still stalling despite denying Trump cant pre trial dismiss, she has still left it open to be dismissed. Time she is bounced. This is a bad look for the US becoming an autocracy.

So many processes and things not being done how they should, this rate, no chance this will be done before Nov unless she is bounced.

Regarding Trump's stock (ticker symbol DJT)

There's too many people betting that Trump will totally destroy the stock in a year.

Too many people are betting Trump will kill the company (they want to "short" the stock).

Not enough people are betting Trump will keep the company alive (they want to buy the stock).

The technical details:

Shorting 100 shares of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp (ticker symbol DJT) would cost between $24,895 and $29,874 for a year.

This means that the stock would need to fall approximately 1.4% per day just to cover the cost of shorting it.

Assuming the stock price fell from $15,800 to $11 within a year, shorting it would still result in a loss of about $20,000 to $25,000.

The ticker id does not match the stock name at all. That's a vanity ticker if I've ever seen one. First time I've ever heard of such a thing.

Would predatory car loan executive Don Hankey be opening himself up to RICO charges, with his proposed bailout of the Former Guy?

"I regret to say that we of the F.B.I. are powerless to act in cases of oral-genital intimacy, unless it has in some way obstructed interstate commerce." — J. Edgar Hoover

"Create a society that values material things above all else. Strip it of industry. Raise taxes for the poor and reduce them for the rich and for corporations. Prop up failed financial institutions with public money. Ask for more tax, while vastly reducing public services. Put adverts everywhere, regardless of people's ability to afford the things they advertise. Allow the cost of food and housing to eclipse people's ability to pay for them. Light blue touch paper." — Andrew Maxwell

Worse for the "sub-prime car loan king" he's brought his firm into the sunlight.

I learned he's also the "King of repos", repossessing cars.

Apparently his favorite trick when repossessing a car is Caller ID spoofing to the owner's home phone number, appearing to be from a local pizza shop.

This verifies the owner is at home, with the added benefit of keeping the owner occupied while they take back their car.

Every company Trump has floated has had the ticker DJT. It should tell you something that every time he goes to float a company, the ticker is available for use again...

I thought this was quite a clever (and fitting) satirical take on exactly the above:

Also re Trump's "Bible":

https://www.axios.com/2024/04/04/new-york-trump-bond-175-million-letitia-james >> maybe there's a bit more to his bond story than meets the eye?

A spokesperson for the Trump Organization said this was "pure harassment," per a statement to Axios. "The bond is fully collateralized and backed by 100% cash," the spokesperson added.

Then...this should be fairly easy to show/prove, right?

I don't get it - if trump has the cash to back it, why does he need to go to someone else for them to put the bond up for him? Am I fundamental missing something?

All the way to what its actually worth ?

Nothing.

Without the Trump 3 ring circus going on there is zero left, thats all there is, one sideshow freak.

also just a theory, to someone who claims to be a business master mind, accounting, financial statements etc do not seem to matter.

I have 500 million dollars potentially, so does anybody.

He has major issues in all 3 current cases now, including the bond company itself, cannon showing bias, attacking the judges daughter under gag order etc.

Thats how I take it as a layman, not a legal expert, but I am listening to ex Federal prosecutors like in the Bryan Tyler Cohen YT channel. Various other experts on various sources.

Bottom line, when Trump says anything, you have to take it with a dumpster full of salt.
