His father had made him dress in lederhosen from the time he was quite small, as a nostalgic reminder of the family's German roots. Little Donny was just beginning to experiment with makeup at that time, but hadn't yet got the face tan color right. The green hair resulted when neighborhood bullies dunked him headfirst into a cesspit. Poor kid was never the same after that.

“She’s a radical war hawk,” Trump said. “Let’s put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her, OK? Let’s see how she feels about it. You know, when the guns are trained on her face.” ...

Finally I realized that they could be any Americans.
