darylblake: ... and he is a racist pig, ...

I have not seen any persuasive evidence he is a racist pig.  He has a multicultural staff in his business, and in his political appointments.  I suspect given the unsupported nature of the label you gave him, you are not happy with his desire to secure the Mexican border.  This racist pig label has as much weight as the claims he hates the LGBT, made a couple of pages ago.

I have a question for you. Not in an argumentative fashion but as someone genuinely interested. The mod posted 2 videos a page or so back? As a result of watching those (please) could you please let me know:

1) Do you deny those videos are actually of Trump and unedited etc?

2) Do you think those videos show at the very least, a person who should know better, acting in a deplorable manner?

If your answers to 2 are no, could you tell me what you see?

If he had been born into a normal working class family, would be be as successful as he now is? He has obviously learnt a lot on the job, growing up in that environment. But is his way and mindset the right way? He divides opinion, and is that the sort of person that should be the most powerful person in the world?  I think people do see him as being unpredictable and flip flopping on ideas. Also being in an old Simpsons episode as President didn't help.  Apparently people see him being a bit like Reagan, who also used the Slogan, lets make America Great again.  I hope he does turn out to be a good  President, for the sake of what is going on in the world.

Dude I am not completely anti-trump, but it's clear he is racist & sexist. This has been proven from his own potty mouth.
It doesn't mean his leadership and policies will be bad. We must give him a chance.

You can claim it is clear until the end of time, but it really isn't to me.  The evidence to back this up, is unpersuasive.

It's hard to know what DT is really worth because real estate (particularly large corporate buildings) is not very liquid, and he is very secretive about how much debt he has. He says he's worth about $10b, but experts say it's probably more like $3-4b. But it's also possible he's worth way less than that - perhaps it's all a cash flow thing and he's actually not a billionaire at all.

But, he's clearly not as good a businessman as he likes people to think. The string of bankruptcies aside, he would be far richer if he had just taken the money he inherited from his father and invested it blindly into an EFT and taking advantage of leveraging (as he does with real estate).

I suspect one of the reasons he is so restive of releasing his tax returns is because it will how 'rich' he actually is - which is far lower than what he wants everyone to think. But we'll probably never know.

Do you believe it is OK (morally) for a man to kiss or grab a women (or a man, for that matter) by the genitals without their consent, because that person is famous? (Or even if they are not?)

You can claim it is clear until the end of time, but it really isn't to me.  The evidence to back this up, is unpersuasive.

Your a grown up right? you should be able to do your own research:

Stop being delusional

SEXIST:
Twitter: “All of the women on The Apprentice flirted with me – consciously or unconsciously. That’s to be expected.” - Donald Trump

Twitter: “The only card [Hillary Clinton] has is the woman’s card. She’s got nothing else to offer and frankly, if Hillary Clinton were a man, I don’t think she’d get 5 percent of the vote. The only thing she’s got going is the woman’s card, and the beautiful thing is, women don’t like her.” - Donald Trump
this is untrue - I would suspect about 40%+ of her votes were from males, I guess it can be verified if you look it up.

Twitter: “You know, it really doesn’t matter what the media write as long as you’ve got a young, and beautiful, piece of ass.” - Donald Trump
-pretty classy IMO.

RACIST:
In May, Trump implied that Gonzalo Curiel, the federal judge presiding over a class action against the for-profit Trump University, could not fairly hear the case because of his Mexican heritage.

“He’s a Mexican,” - Donald Trump
Um... Donald, why does this matter, if he was Japanese would you have accepted the verdict?

He condoned the beating of a Black Lives Matter protester
At a November campaign rally in Alabama, Trump supporters physically attacked an African-American protester after the man began chanting “Black lives matter.” Video of the incident shows the assailants kicking the man after he has already fallen to the ground.
The following day, Trump implied that the attackers were justified. - Maybe they were, maybe they were not but isn't this a matter for the police, he is not the judge.

He treats African-American supporters as tokens to dispel the idea he is racist
At a campaign appearance in California in June, Trump boasted that he had a black supporter in the crowd, saying “look at my African American over here.”
“Look at him,” Trump continued. “Are you the greatest?”
Trump went on to imply that the media conceals his appeal among African Americans by not covering the crowd more attentively.
“We have tremendous African-American support,” he said. “The reason is I’m going to bring jobs back to our country.”
In fact, Trump has the lowest level of African-American support of any Republican presidential nominee since 1948, according to FiveThirtyEight. As of the most recent polling, just 2 percent of black voters plan to vote for him ― fewer than the percentage who plan to vote for Green Party candidate Jill Stein or Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson. - I wonder why, perhaps something to do with his comments on black people? .....

Im not even gonna go on, he is clearly racist and sexist.. But that doesn't mean he will necessarily be a bad president. I hope he proves me right. Infact I am NOT WORRIED about a Trump presidency apart from my mortgage rate increasing.

See? Now you are making clear your support, in a way that's better than before. In previous posts it was all confrontational but this one is rational.

No one is going to accuse you of trolling if you are rational. But talking about "fake news" is not really rational. For example when you wrote that Trump did not disrespect women or make fun of disabled I posted video evidence of this happening - and you did not refute that. If it's a recording it can't be fake news, that was my point.

"Fake news" can be either propaganda (from both sides) or can be a "Look they disagree with me, it's FAKE!" and in either cases it is bad.

No, no.  You misunderstand.

Almost every post I have read contains anti-Trump statements which pass unchallenged, and are stated as fact.  That he is a horrible person.  That he hates the disabled.  That he will somehow, and this one I cannot for the life of me see even vague supporting evidence, is already a dictator.  This leads to two things:

1) Any post I make which questions these things the anti-Trump people know in their hearts to be true, will be confrontational.

2) Almost every post I have read today has been confrontational to me, based on what seem to be unhinged claims.

Fake news is a real problem and most of the media that perpetuates it is anti-Trump, it is no wonder that talking about it is not rational to a person who is anti-Trump. I have not seen your post.  I didn't get notified about it, and only replied to posts that I did get notified about, once my working day was over.

We now know what Trump and its machine are doing: by accusing press of "Fake news!" they want people to get tired of trying to point out facts and at some point stop confronting the lies.

Basically they want to overwhelm fact checkers and media outlets so that sooner or later they will be able to tell the story the way they want with people not bothering to check.

When this happens, they win.

Let's not let this happen. Ever.

You read posts before and after mine, and yet didn't see my post with two videos?

Also I mentioned you in posts - so you get notifications for mentions.

My posts direct at you:

23 JAN 15:12 (with video)

23 JAN 29:37

23 JAN 19:47

You posted a reply immediately after the post above.

Again, @rmt38, the videos for your review are here. Watch them and tell us these are not Trump, that accusations of Trump mocking a disabled journalist or claiming to grab women by the pussy is not Trump.

@rmt38 please watch the videos here and tell us what you see is happening there.

I consider the first video about the disabled person to clearly be fake news.  The footage is real, but the narrative that the reporter and others claim is correct, is self-serving to their political beliefs.  What is he doing that comes across as mocking a disabled person?  He's dismissing someone's argument by conveying it to the audience.  Is he doing it scornfully?  I can't see how it could rationally be described that way.  Is he doing it cruelly?  I can't see how it could rationally be described that way.  It's a vigorous dismissal of misleading reporting by a disabled reporter, made up to be something more by those who need it to be by those who took it out of context and framed it in the narrative that suited them.  There's no malice here, unless you want to see it.  Have you watched many of his speeches other than bits and pieces clipped out and packaged like this?  He has an expressive speaking style, with hand gestures and occasional body movements, even in the inauguration when the speech was likely prepared.

Regarding the second video, I hear him claiming to make unreasonably overbearing advances back in 2005 when he was recorded without his knowledge by someone he was talking to in private.  That's all there is to this video.  I'm not sure what you want me to say about it.  I don't see why you're asking me about it, what is happening is pretty clear.

Note that the difference to me seems to be the desire to extrapolate from single isolated incidents to extremes.  The second video does not prove he hates women or even considers them less than men.  The first video doesn't prove he hates the disabled (as was claimed earlier in this thread) or even that he actually mocked even one disabled person.
