This is only a diss thread, thats clear. I didn't say or imply he is inconsequential, so dont assume. Perhaps if you read and dont assume that may be helpful. 

Repetitive? Thats rich. Tell me how many times liar, racist and mysogynist has been repeated. All of which I agree, but how many times does that have to be repeated?

Or can we talk about real world issues, such as the wall and Mexico, China, Taiwan, PRNK, Syria, Tax cuts, Healthcare, and so on. Most of which attract little press here, until Syria today.

So tell me, is Syria today, a case of the US butting in again, or it is about time?

I cant see that. Bannon vs Syria? Bannon is an idiot, Syria is serious.

However, there are a few queries. 

Did Trump put this forward as an option to strike or was it the US military leaders?

If a strike happened Jan 21, 22, 23, that would be a huge concern. Given the potential Trump "do before think". But the recent acts could be seen as a good reason to strike back, OR a good reason for him to get some brownie points from the US populous and the globe. Two extremely different reasons. Regime change here is a real option as compared to WMD/Oil theories in Iraq. 

So, does this thread see this strike as warranted or not?

Me, I think yes. But I can see another "we will finish it quickly" turning into many years. Its a mess. Ironically, the innocent citizens make it a mess. They need to be protected, and that is the problem. Pity we cannot ship them out. Strip the country then ship them back in. Maybe that silly idea is actually a good idea.

The very few Trump supporters from earlier are no longer contributing. Perhaps they are no longer Trump supporters either and that is why.

As for his Syria policy, that seems to have changed.

This thread mostly responds to news like most discussions. There was detailed discussion of the healthcare policy when that came up. Now it is Syria and the thread has moved on to that. Seems logical to me.

Not to me at all, not even close. Ive been on this thread from day one. There has been "some" discussion on real topics, bit its overwhelmingly about dissing Trump. Now thats fine, he deserves it. But its 95%+ on this thread. Hence when I saw Rikki's post on Syria, to me that was WTF? Real stuff for a change. 

I see the meeting with the Chinese leader today very important. But seemingly not. Its only the US and China, factor in trade, Taiwan, PRNK, the fact that these are the two superpowers, maybe not that important. Cynical yes, but thats this thread.
