Yeah. Donald Trump to a nuke: "You're fired!"
With Sarah Palin supporting Trump Saturday Night Live will suddenly have a new source of comedy material.. Anyone remember how they parodied her last election??

As long as it's pointing in the right direction, it may actually reduce our problem population. It would be inconvenient if he made all the oil wells in the middle east radioactive at the same time though.

For American Dream read American Horror Story.
That country is terminally sick.

Personally I wonder if Trump mightn't be best in the long run. In the short term, he would be unimaginably awful. But the backlash might just give America their once-in-a-generation chance at real, meaningful change.
Interestingly Obama was supposed to be that change. I don't think one person is going to "fix" it. People need to get less divided, stop looking after #1 and consider the needs of the many in their voting decisions.

Sure. And all ride unicorns to work.

While I am somewhat appalled at the idea of Trump as President.
The problem is, I don't actually see him as anywhere near the worst candidate.
I watched the recent Republican debate.
You would think they were standing for arsehole of the year - not president.
I don't think I have ever seen a more unlikeable, untrustworthy and corrupt bunch of people standing.
The Democrats are much the same. They are just a bit more subtle about things.
Out of all the candidates (in both parties), I think only Trump and Bernie Sanders haven't already been bought by campaign contributions.

I think you have a point. Campaign contributions massively contribute to the US government serving larger financial institutes as apposed to the people, IMHO the US political process is fairly corrupt.

Wikipedia tells me that Barry Obama needed US$2 BILLION to get elected twice so it is not really surprising that they get bought. At least Trump can bankroll himself with a net worth of US$4 billion...

I'd like to see Bernie Sanders win, but I doubt it will happen. And unless the Democrats get the Senate and/or Congress back they are pretty hamstrung, which I believe is why Obama was so ineffective in his second term - with Republicans controlling the Senate and Congress there was only so much he could do.

Looks like the don is in prime spot to take the republican nomination .... Murica!
Given most of the alternatives, I almost hope he does.
A man with $4 billion of his own money is very hard to bribe - it will be interesting to see what dirty tricks they bring to bear on him later in the race to ensure he fails.
