freitasm: And Mooch is fired a week into the job. Well oiled machine indeed.
Chain of command, loyalty, whatever.
Trump's problem isn't his staff - it's Trump & family.
All the BS about "pushing the agenda through" should be taken with a grain of salt. There is no real agenda - just a haphazard collection of random thoughts by a mentally ill POTUS, some of which translated into popular memes that are maintaining a low but consistent level of support - but don't stand up to scrutiny or due process.

High ranking military officers often have a lot of integrity, so could be difficult finding one whose sole job would be to lie to the public.

CNN - Scaramucci latest high-profile departure from Trump admin
Here's an overview to help you keep track.
EDIT from the same source:
How's the hiring going?
As top officials roll out of the White House in a seemingly continuous stream, other positions are still running dry.
As of Friday, Trump had 51 presidential appointees confirmed and another 255 nominated.
At their respective points in the presidency, Barack Obama could tout a total of 228 confirmed appointees and 394 nominations, and George W. Bush had confirmed 208 appointees with 305 nominations.

And the replies to Trump's tweet are a thing of... lunacy:
You should google that Jacob Wohl.
A 19YO "CEO" of hedge funds, facing fraud charges.
Prolific tweeter of sycophantic Trump-worshipping BS, no doubt trying to curry favour - in hope that as a friend of POTUS, he might not go to jail - or may be pardoned.
Trump retweeted one of his rants. It seems to have encouraged the silly dishonest little boy.
