Back to ~~Trump bashing~~ deep analysis of Trump, Trump's supporters, and their behaviour.

On the the thread about the LV shooting, we got into some discussion about Reddit's The_Donald subreddit and 4Chan/pol (politically incorrect) message board, and possible wider impact of what goes on in those cesspools (well it's my opinion they're cesspools, but YMMV).

I've seen a lot of bashing for bashing's sake by many (and then some). But there again, this is Trump and I think that he does deserves (most of) it. What concerns me most, is watching the bashing when bashing is not deserved. Keyboard Warriors come to mind.

There's a third possibility.

The populist, racist, sexist, blatant lying evil crap surrounding Trump, his campaign, his rhetoric, his attacks on the free press, anti-liberal, anti intellectual, anti science attitudes etc - the rise of this has precedent in the 20th century - the result was the worst tragedy in human history.

Almost a year down the track, Trump's been less of an immediate disaster - as he's been hobbled by his own party - but the threat still exists.

Trumpism could spread and I do not want to see even a hint of it here (in NZ).

The longer that orange tool is president, the longer the thread will get.

I'm wondering how long it's going to take for BLM to end up like the Black Panther movement, and other minorities to join them.
The way orange small-handed one treated Puerto Rico was an effing joke.

The only way it can redeem itself to me is to ban semi-automatic weapons. Ever notice "lone wolf" terrorists always buy their stuff at gun shops?

Because "liberal" and "free" are synonymous.

Stupid people don't seem to get that at all.

And if you want to express your view that I'm not entitled to freedom, you'll get the tongue-lashing you deserve. If you try to use force to take away my freedom, then you'll get more than a tongue-lashing.
