Obama and G W Bush should concentrate on writing books and tending rose gardens at their presidential libraries rather than having a go at Trump for dividing America.   Bush has probably forgotten that he took the USA into two disastrous wars.    Obama has probably justified in his own mind the bombing and killing of innocent Pakistani villagers.    Two of the worst presidents in modern history.

Are they the only two presidents in modern history by any chance? ; )

No - and the two don't compare.  Bush legacy hundreds of thousands of deaths in Iraq (disputed total and practically countless) and the birth of ISIL.

Apart from the other ones.

Name one who hasn't bombed invaded or steamrollered some miserable 3rd world country? (with the aim of making it even more miserable)

Never mind about North Korea, nukes, Pence and climate change. Trumpy's releasing secret JFK files next week! I'm so excited!

With the US about to hit $666 billion debt this year, $80 billion higher than the year before, here's a reminder of President Trump's financial history.

http://money.cnn.com/2015/08/31/news/companies/donald-trump-bankruptcy/index.html

"CNN: Everything you want to know about Donald Trump's bankruptcies"

"Donald Trump brags about how well his businesses have fared in bankruptcy. And in fact, no major U.S. company has filed for Chapter 11 more than Trump's casino empire in the last 30 years.

'I have used the laws of this country ... the [bankruptcy] chapter laws, to do a great job for my company, for myself, for my employees, for my family,' he said during the first Republican presidential debate on August 6.

Trump claims that successful businesses file for bankruptcy all the time. At the debate he said 'virtually every person that you read about on the front page of the business sections, they've used the [bankruptcy] law.'"

The US debt amount is impossible to imagine: A stack of US $100 bills would be about 50 times with diameter of the earth.

Does Trump Believe His Own Hype?    The Atlantic - Oct 22, 2017

The president insists that no administration has done as much as his -

Monday afternoon, President Trump delivered a press conference from an alternative reality ...

His relationship with Mitch McConnell is great! They have the votes for Obamacare repeal! The hurricane relief effort in Puerto Rico is a smashing success! Democrats are to blame for GOP divisions on Capitol Hill! These claims range from the highly dubious to the patently false.

The question is not whether these claims are balderdash. The question is whether Trump believes them.

Lots of infighting in the republican party at the mo - not great for stability and progress.

Hmmm... Would Trump be a one-eyed Jack or a suicide King?

The infighting is good. About time. I hope it gets much worse. He's leader of the Republican Party - chosen by them. They're just as culpable - for choosing a malicious narcissistic idiot to lead them, as Trump is for being a malicious narcissistic idiot.

Not overly sure that wishing for Trump's demise is a thing to look forward too. Once he is out, Pence rolls into town in the Halloween edition of the pope mobile.

Have the republicans pull his teeth and then let him play golf/grope the female staff for a couple of years and then quietly replace him would be the way to go I think.

Theres a difference between those two scenarios though. Having Pence in charge is bad for US citizens. Having Trump in charge is potentially catastrophic for the rest of us.

Pence may be many things, but he'd be a far more stable custodian of the nuclear football.

Great point. I withdraw my comment :)

My wife just asked me what I want for Christmas.

I thought and thought and couldn't come up with anything.

Then suddenly I had it!

The very best gift of all would be to wake on Christmas morning, turn on the TV and see this blazing NBC headline:

'TRUMP AND PENCE ABDUCTED BY ALIENS!'

Trump crowned? No faux King way!
