The 35 percent approval rating is Trump’s worst mark yet in CNN polling. 59 percent of respondents said they disapprove of the way Trump has handled his job as president.

The other option is there are a lot of racist, xenophobic anti-intellectual people who have been fed a steady stream of misinformation about her for the last 25 years or so.

Basically ever since she was First Lady she has been constantly attacked in the public arena. Republicans and their talking heads have been accusing her of all kinds of things.

IMHO, Hillary is a competent politician who, under other circumstances, might be a suitable President.

But far too much dirty water has flowed under the rickety bridge of American politics since the last farcical election, and if Hillary truly wants to advance the cause of the Dems, and a better America, she will step aside and clear the way for a more suitable candidate. Someone more hygienic, and with enough talent and charisma to lead the party to a popular victory.

If she persists in hanging around and further muddying the stream, the GOP will romp home - again. With Trump or without him.

Agreed. But I believe Hilary has ruled herself out for any more attempts. I dont think she would be brilliant, but she would at least be 1,000 times better than Trump.
