I get the feeling that Hillary is persona non grata in the US.

It reminds me of when actors, whose careers are on the slide, will do Japanese TV commercials, for some quick easy money.

I suspect that common views (even here) of Hillary's failings compared to Bernie Sanders were influenced by the Kremlin's carefully coordinated bot farm attacks on social media and then through to news media opinion and "comments" sections. It was in their interest to create a divide between Sanders and Clinton, to dissuade Sanders supporters from backing her when she was almost inevitably going to be the presidential candidate.

Most of the criticisms of Clinton are unfounded - especially if you compare what little negatives there may be with the corrupt, lying, misogynist past and present awful reality of Trump.

Yep! If Hillary's Democratic Party bosses had not screwed over Bernie Sanders there might be no Trump to worry about.

I read that the Russians would've been fine with Bernie winning (not as happy as they are now, obviously), as it still would've caused chaos and talks of "revolution" with the right-wing types (aka gun-nuts) who think Sanders is more "commie than Castro" and "lefter than Lenin".

At the White House 'Listening Meeting' one person spoke about how Israeli schools are guarded so maybe something worth for them to investigate. The poor guy who had his daughter killed with 9 bullets, said if the USA can make airports safe after 911 surely the USA can make schools safe. He said to treat school security and gun control as totally separate issues. Among other things he said schools should have guarded entrances and airport type security.
