We invade - er, wait, who haven't we... - ah, we invade Saudi Arabia. Of course. Duh.

No, no! We buy more guns and shoot more people at home!

What's the difference between Isis and Trump? Both seem to have their own jihad.

So what happens if someone actually shoots her, or him, for that matter? This is America, after all.

President Obama will say that he will change the gun laws again. He has been saying this for some considerable time yet nothing has changed.

I back Trumpy

That's because the Republicans control the House, and they are not moving.

dejadeadnz: It's over. I think he's done.

Wishful thinking. Trump has proven time and again he can say stuff that would sink any other candidate, and it doesn't effect his popularity at all.

And the fact that many high profile Republicans are now distancing themselves, in my opinion, will make little difference to his popularity with the public - in some corners it may even boost it.

His supporters love him because he is a political outsider making promises to shake up the system. The less popular he is with the political establishment (on both sides of the isle), the more popular he is with the public.

wrong he is becoming really unpopular in all polls . Clinton is ahead , depending on what poll, from 8% to as high as 15% and it's even worse with educated woman and minorities where clinton is ahead by 30%. Worse results in an election at this time since polls started.

I always take polls with a grain of salt, and until there is a longer downward trend showing he is losing popularity it may well just be a blip.

You'd expect a small drop in polls immediately after any major "foot in mouth" incident, but Trump has proven that people seem to forget very quickly. Remember when he said woman who had abortions should go to jail?

I hope this is the start of downward trend for him, but I would not be the least bit surprised to see him bounce back more popular than ever.

EDIT: That's weird, the post I was replying to has vanished.

That has happened to me. It is because the mod has deleted it for some transgression.

In that instance it is unlikely. Users can delete their own posts (edit > delete) anytime within the allowed edit time, currently one hour.
