Is this piece relevant? Are we realistically approaching a potential impreachment?

Been approaching since his first day in office. I'll believe it when I see it. Otherwise be prepared to see him reelected.

Fair call. If he was normal and did some things bad, then its relatively easy to convict, or repair, or stabilise as situation. But this guy is all over the place, there is no rule of human behaviour to use, or guide, or grab him. As that article mentions the first signs will be people moving away. Whats more important? Trump or the Republican movement?

Trumps skin colour is NOT because of the lights, its because he's slowing becoming toast.

I have an increasingly uneasy feeling about this. Trump has some very dangerously disturbing supporters and he seems more than willing to stir them up to support his position. The man has no scruples or caring for others and I believe his narcissism will drive him to do anything to try and retain power.

While there are no precedents for this type of person, I doubt he can do anything dangerous to retain power. His supporters are weak and stupid, and in my view they will enter the background when he starts to fall and walk when he is falling. If he was impeached tomorrow and made just a citizen, his raucous speeches won't fix that. I feel that his bark will be pretty loud, but thats it. Id love to know how many GOP are hoping he is outed, so they can rebuild for the election

Never underestimate a group you believe are stupid. It doesn't take much intelligence to point and shoot a gun. He also has many supporters in law enforcement and defence.  Having said that the percentage needed in the Senate means a large number of republicans will need to vote in favour of impeachment and that is certainly doubtful.

While we see the unwavering support for him by the far right, I feel that stops short of the nuke trigger, and these sheriffs attacking Pelosi. Defense and Police shootings? I can see riots by the far right, then they get squashed.

They should all be fired.

Their "loyalty" should be

1. The constitution

2. The law

3. US citizens

4. Non citizens

5. The law makers

6. The president

They need to remember their oaths and they need to remember 5 & 6 are ultimately just elected civil servants

He has very strong support from folks that are the NRA types. The USA is a nation flooded with firearms and very powerful firearms. Trump has managed to significantly divide the nation and he is capable igniting extreme reactions in his followers.
