Timeline of the Trump Doral Resort:

1962, established as Doral Country Club.

2012 Trump buys the resort, renames it the Trump National Doral.
It had hosted the PGA tour from 1962-2006. WGC tournaments from 07-16.

2016 During his campaign, Trump goes on a racist rant about Mexican rapists etc.
WGC shifts their tournament venue to Mexico, now named the WGC-Mexico Championship.
Trump was ordered by a court to pay a supplier $32k or the resort would be foreclosed and sold.  One of many lawsuits where Trump didn't pay contractors etc.
Trump buys a large portrait of himself to hang on the wall in one of the resort bars.  He uses money from his tax-free "charity" non-profit foundation to buy the painting.

2017 The resort settled a lawsuit from a guest whose back, face, and arms were bitten by bed bugs.

2019 It's reported that the net operating income for Trump National Doral Miami resort, the flagship property and biggest moneymaker for President Trump's family business, has fallen by 69% over the past two years
The White House announced that the Doral will host the G7 summit, then under pressure cancels the plans.
