I'm sure you used to be able to add funds to your PayPal account from a linked bank account. I just tried doing it now and that option seems to have disappeared. I only seem to be able to either transfer money between PayPal accounts or withdraw funds to a bank account. Is there any way to transfer money from one's bank account to your PayPal? Thanks.

From a NZ bank account it is not possible (but is from a US account and some other countries), can only add funds from a credit card

Does Visa debit work (assuming you have a visa debit issued by your bank)?

I have both a credit and a debit card attached and the option to add funds just doesn't appear. When I look at Transfer Money I can only do so from my PayPal account to another account or a bank.

You can't do this with a New Zealand bank account.
