I have this. I do not have HDR content to try. But I am not sure if the HDR it claims to do is any good. I won't worry about it. My 6000 series Samsung TV have more vibrant colours than this TV can generate, and about *10 times brighter. *exaggerated

Netflix have HDR content - do you want me to try that?

No it's ok, but thank you. I expect any 4K content I might play would come from an external input.

I have 55e17nus and can confirm it can play HDR from youtube, usb and locally hosted files via kodi, plex, smb direct

I don't have means to test. But I don't see why not? just go to shop and test. I tried everything I wanted before purchasing at JB

Hello guys, I got the 65 e17NUS ... recorded the ABs match on prime yesterday.

But I am unable to find on any of the TV/Android/T-droid/etc menus, a way to play it.

I can see the drive in a file explorer app but of course you can't play those files using an android app, needs the TV software to play it but I how to get to the menu to play it?

Have you tried the Media player app (listed under apps)?

Haven't tried it with something I've recorded but that's what happens when I plug in a USB Flash drive it brings up a menu and allows you to launch the media player app

Is that an android app or tcl app?

If i press record from tv there should be a way to press play while in the tv . But i can't find the menu for it.

Hi on my TCL 55E17NUS to get to pvr go to grey key with three bars on right of remote half way down then you will be in settings and you will see pvr 2nd from bottom and you can see in there to record first and second you will see pvr list which is where your recordings are. Did a test before but recording quality not very good. Hope this helps.

Ahh that button! That was the only button I didn't press.

In fact the button only works when you're watching tv, maybe I pressed it while in Android screen and didn't think much of it when nothing happened.

I have weird issue with C2US on Android 7.0.Whenever I'll plug a Android TV air mouse remote into any USB port, everything plays at 2x or 3x the speed with no sound in most android apps.

Anyone else facing similar issues?
