MHEG5 Freeview has always been 7 days EPG.

samsam: the same one as in DVBLink, 12519000 and 12456000

I've just tried both of those and they worked for me. 20+ channels for Freeview and 200+ for Sky.

Do you set the correct LNB parameters when the Select Parameters for Channel Scan dialog pops up?

yep those are my settings and it comes up empty each time...

here is a screenshot of my settings.

This has never worked for me, the scanning of channels using EPG Centre

I used to get 8 days EPG but I didnt look too carefully until it all went wrong.

I'm still having series link problems even after uninstalling and reinstalling v4. It only shows up on certain shows usually a few days ahead where previously it was always an option in the guide, any program any time is there a setting I need to tick?

Try setting the last General optin on the Output tab (Create data for channels with the same name.....).

samsam - what message does the scan end with (No tuners, 0 channels added?).

Also does it work if you try a scan when setting up standalone parameters (ie not for the plugin).

Hi I saw that workaround on the sourceforge forum but it has only half worked. TVNZ channels are fine but the Mediaworks channels dont even make an appearance in the guide sources i.e "TV ONE - EPG Collector" opposed to "TV3" no EPG Collector option

The log looks OK.

Are you saying you don't see any guide entries for TV3, TV33 etc

There is only "record series" on the TVNZ brand channels not on the Mediaworks or Kordia ones

Hi Guys

I'm not too sure how many people out there have taken the plunge into MediaPortal 1.3.0 Alpha, but I note that it now has the ability to colour code the EPG for program genres.

I'd quite like to use this feature, however I'm not sure if this info is being broadcast within the MHEG5 data, and if it is, if it is being collected within the .xml data to be used in MediaPortal.

Can anybody give some insight into this situation? Sadly I think SJB is a Media Center user!
