I have bee happily using EPG Collector for many years but on the 25/5/2015 I received my last update for the next 7 or 8 days.

I currently have EPG Collector configured to 530mhz MHEG5 Auckland SkyTower (as I have had for years)

When it failed I tried various different frequencies and have now updated to 4.2 FP 6 as per one recommendation. Still no success

All channels on Windows Media Centre work fine and it seems EPG collector is obtaining a lock on the 530 Mhz frequency without issue just no data. I get the next show or two on the WMC guide but that's it. Not that good for attempting to record something in the next couple of days or even the next couple of hours for that matter!

I have read every post (I think) on this forum and am at my wits end on how to make something work that was functioning perfectly right up until 25/5/2015. 26/5 to today, no data.

Any help to get this going again would be really appreciated

When I use the Menu "Run | Find EPG Data" I get a response under 530 Mhz found MHEG5 on Pid (0x3ea).

This was the configuration loading into Windows Media Centre pre 26/5

On the Advanced tab try setting the area to undefined.

I don't know how you found that from the log but setting that to "undefined" cured the issue and we are now collecting EPG data again.

You can't select an area for NZ terrestrial as I've never figured the data out to enable it to happen. I can see in the log where the ini parameters are listed that an area was selected.

It is available on NZ satellite though.

Hi,

I've also been happily using EPG Collector for many years, but this week I noticed that I only have 2 days of EPG left on my MediaPortal!

I currently have EPG Collector configured to 570mhz MHEG5 Auckland Waiatarua

All channels on MediaPortal work fine and it seems EPG collector is obtaining a lock on the 570 Mhz frequency but is just not downloading any channel data?

If I don't get this sorted quickly, then I'm going to starting missing some of my series, so any help you can provide will be really appreciated.

I've included the EPG collection log below
