Recently my skytv decoder's not been able to order SBO and PPVs.


Could someone tell me what the Modem setup should be in the advanced setup menu?

Normally the modem setup is only needed if you have a PBX or something and need to "dial 1" to get an outside line, otherwise it should be fine.

Ring sky and they can reset the box over the air.  Otherwise check to make sure the phone is plugged in and works, you could try a regular phone and make sure you get a dialtone :)

What's a PBX?

yes i do have dialtone, it's just the modem's settings' out of kilta.

Is the Dialing number 09?

NO. Dial Prefix Number is blank. Carrier Wait Time is 50. Carrier Present Time is 1.2. Carrier Loss Time is 1.4.

so the dialing prefix's just 00?

and also the phone line connects to the sky filter, then the decoder itself right?

Dial Prefix Number is blank as stated and NOT 00. As for any ADSL filter just replace it to test.
