Been waiting for this so guess I've got a job this weekend.

** ***** FINAL!

Having an MP fan for some time, all I can say is; "Yeah, Right."

Anyone feel like a Tui?

A quick and easy upgrade from RC6, nothing to back up, freakin' awesome MP Dev's!

Support a locally made Linux based Operating System, try Linux Lite.

Wow, just installed Win7 32bit, MP1.1 Final, StreamedMP 1.2, SAF5.0 beta

Then quickly copied over my old database directory and thumbs directory. Didn't take long to setup, and now mediaportal is lightning fast.

The only thing i'm missing is a music videos plugin, the old plugin doesn't seem to like my new system (either win7 or MP1.1 Final)

Hopefully they will update the music videos plugin soon. I'm very happy with my system, MP 1.1 has many great improvements and looks so polished with the streamedMP skin.

Will be interesting to see where they go with things now, my HTPC is already doing just about everything I could want.
Still, I'd be interested in hearing some thoughts on new MP features people are wanting in the next version so I might have an excuse to tweak in the future :-)

Well, I thought I would leave this response for some days. I tried the upgrade path, & to my surprise, it worked perfectly: well, almost Laughing

The upgrade worked out-of-the-box for the first 2 days, but then had issues with MP closing out to the desktop after resuming from standby. This happened only a few times: it has since disappeared & is working great.

And, as kiwijunglist stated, it is significantly faster inside the frontend. Especially, scrolling inside the Music &  Moving Pictures plugin in filmstrip view.

Top efforts MP & plugins' devs.
