Logitech seems to be the way to go. Can use it to replace all your remotes.

Don't by a logitech remote, it will not help with your problem. Your problem relates to the imon IR receiver not functioning properly. Logitech harmony remotes don't come with IR receivers, so this will not help.

I suggest goto ebay and search "HP MCE REMOTE" buy the one that has linksys written on the remote. It works as a very good mce compatible remote, and requires no drivers in Win7 / Vista / XP Pro SP3. It should cost you about USD 15 incl postage.

I can't comment on other remotes as this is the only one I now use (I previously used imon/soundgraph, it sucks)
