hi every one i just bought a new 1080p hdtv LCD and i have connected my dvd and free view box to it i have one question the free view box has the option to choose between 50hz and 60hz my tv supports both but which one should i use?

Power in NZ is 50Hz so you should use that. If you are watching 60Hz content however you'll want it set to 60Hz to avoid judder.
