HI there, I work at a Music company and have been given the pleasure of being in charge of all the IT goings on (yay).
I am actually a musician by nature and have been thrown in the deep end learning as I go.

Now I wanted to ask has anyone here exported their clients contacts from BCM as a .csv file and then imported them to Microsoft Dynamics CRM online?
I have gone through it all and submitted the upload, it has taken almost two hours and was wondering if anyone has a rough idea of how much time it takes to import around 360 contacts?

Surely someone here has been through this!

Hi MattMusicMan! Sorry I can't help with the tech question- I'm here because these folks answered my many questions on networking.

If you don't get a suitable response here then post the question again in one of the other subforums - not sure which would be the right one though ;)

Thanks for the warm welcomes guys! Ok yeah thanks, I just feel some other experience people have had may put my worries to ease as there is no progress bar!
I don't know if it is still working or just freezing up, surely microsoft wouldn't make a product that freezes.....
