I have a laptop (Toshiba TE2000) that is my little baby. Well that was until it wouldnt start up. I repaired and re installed windows XP, and got a new harddrive for it but alas, no improvement. It will get the the windows loading bit and then just keep restarting tis poor little self until i get bored and turn it off. Sometimes if i am extremely lucky it will get into the whole start up, password, pictures and all and then freeze when i am halfway through. Does andone have any ideas whay it does this? Is it Hardware or Software causing the problems?

I would say it's more likely to be hardware, since you have reinstalled XP. It is probably memory or motherboard. Best thing to do is have it checked at a repair service.
