apparently he thinks that what you should do when you have an network that went down from overloading and is still fragile and not fully working yet, is send out a txt to 300,000 people. (or however many customers they have)
Yeah, that sounds like a good idea.
This is effecting 90,000 users below Taupo, I think they could probably handle a single SMS over a small period of time being sent out to those handsets operating in that area. There accepting calls after all and SMS already.
The TXT is just part of it, the communication is not acceptable thats what I am getting at
