My sentiments exactly. I tried explaining to the lady I was speaking with that i understood CG-NAT and needed to discuss my issue with someone more technical. She said that there wasn't any one and she had asked her team tech leader about my issue. I then asked if there was a different team to deal with this if my account is a business account ? she said no, those calls come to her team asa well !!
To her credit she took my details and did go off and ask further then call me back, ironically just after I got everything working, to tell me that no one could say for certain that the static IP would enable use of port forwarding. She was also a Kiwi and easy to talk with so good on SPARK for hiring Kiwis.
I pointed out that the FAQ section of the product webpage has a list of what is not supported on these connections and portforwarding is NOT LISTED at all as not supported. I then asked if SPARK liked to advertise falsely so they can keep getting fined large amounts of money by the commerce commission. Didn't get an answer to that. I also said that if they are pushing these connections ahead of the RWC streaming, more and more people are going to ask how they monitor their security cameras while away from home. Don't think she understood that issue either.
