I'm so confused. Why is the main banner on spark.co.nz a bunch of people holding fluorescent light tubes? It looks like they were going to have them holding lightsabers then forgot. Even once you forigve that the tubes look silly, it's all unusually imbalanced. Aaaah, mustn't visit front page again!

And out of respect (as per the FUG) it would be great if it wasn't pointed out again.

My friend and I went down to the britomart this afternoon, stood in the line for 2.5 hours but well worth it as I managed to get $100 credit, my friend won a S5. Others were getting $300 credits for their accounts etc. Nice wee treat for the day.

It seems people using iPhones on Skinny now have 'Spark NZ' in their top left. It previously used to say Skinny. Android is fine though

Cool - I've just noticed that in certain places my phone is still saying "Telecom" at the top where as in other places it is now saying 'Spark NZ'; I guess it takes a while before all the cell sites update themselves?

Hey. I just got myself a free movie ticket from the Spark "Thanks" page, not an S5 but I'm still happy.
