Just found a couple more broken links: Half of the top menus on http://www.telecom-media.co.nz/ result in 404s.

I have 'sphone.telecom.co.nz' bookmarked to quickly check mobile usage. This now gets redirected to www.spark.co.nz. sphone.spark.co.nz doesn't work either.

Is Spark going to make something similar available? I'm using the mobile app in the mean-time.

I believe that the "official" URL was http://m.telecom.co.nz/yourtelecom - this goes to a login page for me (I'm on Skinny now) but give it a go.

That redirects to www.spark.co.nz/mobile/view/account-info-view which shows all the same info as before and didn't require me to log in.

Nice one. Thanks!

Fixes for these issues are being worked on.  Some phones read the network name from the SIM, which we will be updating via OTA in due course.

Yeah, I use the Android app occasionally but I like the web version better because I don't need to log on to access it. It's also more convenient to access while tethering which I do a lot.

The app has auto login I think.

Noticed my iPhone 4s is alternating between Telecom and Spark Network IDs. Also seems to be running hot and draining the battery. Not chugging through (billable) data according to my usage meter but feels like it's not happy with the network. Maybe spending a lot of time polling to register Telecom or Spark - should be the same? The guy in the Tele----   SPARK  shop noticed his iPhone doing the same - though not dropping his battery as much. Anyone else experiencing same?

Mines keeps flicking back to Telecom NZ too. There will be a carrier update out soon which hardcodes the carrier banner to Spark NZ (with iOS 8 if not before).

Don't think overheating issue is related though, try closing all your apps manually and doing a restart.
