Monza: No problem, unfortunately the fix is not going to proceed tonight but should happen tomorrow.

Just to be clear this is a UFF issue that is affecting Hamilton based Spark customers, but is not a Spark issue.

Is it possible to discuss what the issue is / was?
Would be interesting in case any other Spark folks are having the same issue

The issue was a UFF configuration issue.  I'm not going to go into more detail than that.
Rest assured that Spark takes this seriously and are having the appropriate conversations with UFF to ensure this does not reoccur - both for these customers and for customers in other UFF areas.

My views are my own, and may not necessarily represent those of my employer.

That's interesting, considering layer 2 profiles aren't configured on a time dependent basis. Well, as far as I know. Correct me I'm wrong here Monza.

Good to see that it's in the works to being sorted though. I'm sure the original poster will be stoked!

No-one said that the layer two profile was time dependant.

Correct, there is no time dependent restriction. The issue is always there but only becomes apparent at peak times.

Hi I was the OP - speeds are back to normal - had dipped downed to like 8mbps at night so to see 90 is great - Netflix working smoothly again and in HD
