vel: Just called Telecom and they said they'd raise my speed back to normal (no idea for how long) within 24-48 hours. Said they have resolved this problem last week so it shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Mine is still stuffed - Hopefully a fix soon. It shows nothing for the last 15 odd days of the billing cycle. w00t! I'm on Big Time so not a big drama but I'm doing some offsite backups and would like a good estimate of usage so I can work out some figures.

doozy: Hi all, an update on this error, we're in the process of taking down the usage meter until we can restore it with correct information. As I previously mentioned we will put this right for those impacted, the exact details of that are still being worked through. I will be able to post more information later today but rest assured if you are effected we will make it right.

BigHammer: I'll second that. The Usage Meter is looking healthier tonight too, at least for today. Historical usage not corrected, but today is what I would normally expect to see.
