Peter has got me on the trial, but the systems say I don't qualify.

Mate that was the same for me. Keep calling them, eventually you will find a person thats willing to set you up. Thats what happened with me anyway :P

Would be nice to get a rough Expected launch date.

Pretty much the above. It's still in trial indefinitely. Taking a guess at launch date, and  I'm going to stress this is a guess. I'd say 1-2 months. Front line haven't been given a date yet for full launch.

I just spoke to Telecom via online chat - VDSL2 plans will be available soon...no firm dates still.
