Sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum - I could not find a Skype forum to post this on and besides my issue is to do with my broadband connectivity.

Over the past month the quality of skype calls to the UK (from Auckland) have reduced dramatically.

The video/sound I see (of my parents) is great.

The video they see of me is appalling.

My pc specs: i7, 12gb, Win7, DSL 2+ 12+mbps dl/0.7mbps ul
Their specs: Intel r core 6420@2.13ghz, 2gb, Vista, cable modem 12mbps dl; 1.0mbps ul

We both have latest version of skype, my video/sound drivers are up to date - no other apparent internet software running.

Skype technical info during call is below (***** = skype names remove for anonymity)

As a reminder it is the video they see of me. Does anyone have any suggestions?
