Hi,
Just wanna ask is there a process at the moment that would allow TNZ ADSL2 users to upgrade to VDSL?

They aren't offerign nor it looks like likely to offer it. The process would be to switch to an ISP who can e.g. SNAP, Unleash, DTS, HD etc.

Telecom haven't yet launch their VDSL2 offering so there is no process. Once VDSL2 exits it's soft launch phase you'll probably see Telecom offering a service.

If you want to move to an ISP presently offering VDSL2 approach them.
