I got a marketing blarb from Telecom with a SmartPhone prize carrot.

You can signup to it and the prizedraw without being a customer. I think the odds of winning are very slim.

No, the next screen asks - what services do you have with Telecom? Mobile Prepaid, Mobile Monthly or Broadband, must select one!

So I read that as - you can only enter if you already are a customer.

Or am I missing something?
