A big thumbs up for BigPipe sorting out the IP problem that was breaking my VOIP.
All sorted quickly and efficiently.
Thanks immensely
All good now

I assume they just gave you a public IP rather than a cg-nat one?

Weird thing is I have zero problems on an ata behind my router on a cg Nat big pipe connection but the one in the router gave all the issues.

If you have an ATA correctly inserting your true public IP in the header (using STUN for example) then VoIP can work through double NAT. It's just that unless you have things configured correctly (and understand what you're doing) it'll more than likely not work.

Im thinking that its just the one in the adsl router assuming that it is not natted because why would it be, its using the wan interface in the router after all.

Ive just been using whatever 2talk provision with, since it seems to work on any linsys/cisco device not just the ones listed on the provisioning dropdown list. I would hope they are making correct choices.

Now if only I could provision all 8 ports on my 8 port ata from them instead of just using the first 2...
