I have been a Skinny customer for a long time and accumulated 700+ NZ rollover minutes that meant to be non-expiring as long as I keep my combos renewed continuously.

My combo was renewed just before 5pm today, when I check my minute balances I noticed all my NZ rollover minutes vanished!  I checked that by texting BAL to 2424, and also checked it using the Skinny app, plus the online portal.  They are all gone.

Anyone having the same problem?  What is going on?

I was under the impression that after 12 months  the oldest ones i.e 12 months old would vanish but the rest should stay  until their 12 months rolls along.    Mine are still there but the oldest is only about 4 months old..
