Hi

My spark mobile voice mail is not notifying me when I have a new voice mail.

All other aspects of it work fine and dialing in to my voice mail lets me hear it but the notification icon is not coming up.
Is there a fix for this ?

Do you get a text notification?

You could turn that feature on instead

Just text ON to 178

I just turned that on should work by the morning just wanted to know why the icon is not working though ?

im not sure what icon you are referring to?

i get a missed call icon and a text message saying there is a message and to call the number in the message
