Hi

My spark mobile voice mail is not notifying me when I have a new voice mail.

All other aspects of it work fine and dialing in to my voice mail lets me hear it but the notification icon is not coming up.
Is there a fix for this ?

Thanks

Do you get a text notification?

You could turn that feature on instead

Just text ON to 178

It's a thing. My iPhone used to put a red dot on the phone app when I had a VM. Or if I had a missed call and a VM from memory it would say 1+.
