I just received a text from this number saying:

"Thank you, your message has been received. This response is automated. Plse reply STOP to stop txt alerts"

Obviously I do not know who this number is and I have not sent any texts to any services or put my phone number into any websites today. Anyone know what this might be? I haven't replied.
