When I receive a call on my iPhone 6 my 3g or 4g data connection is terminated unexpectedly.

This causes apps that require a persistent connection to fail and I lose data.

The thing is that this is a recent issue only.

Several months ago I could receive a call and my data would remain connected.

Was wondering if anyone else experienced this or have a solution.

Not iOS related but on the RAN side but when a call in or out happens the handset will be passed to 3G but the data session should continue on 3G packet switch while the voice call is up, Speak to the carrier

I don't think it's an iPhone issue.  I have a Asus Zenfone on Skinny and experience the same issue with texts from the person I'm speaking to not coming through till after I hang up.
