Hi and apologies if this issue has already been addressed. We have recently moved to Marton and at the time we had Vodafone rural broadband (it was the cheapest around and we just came over from Oz). We have switched to Spark and was "told" VDSL would be the best option for us (Fibre not around until 2019🙄). But since using it, the internet keeps dropping out and disconnecting. They have checked and I have been told it has disconnected over 101 times in 10 days. Im doing the running around to try and fix it with the "Guy over the phone"s advice but its no better.

We are also using an Apple Airport Extreme to improve the Wifi which it has in the past.

Is ADSL a more secure option?

Any advice or help please???

🖖🏻

You need to provide more details - Modem sync rate etc.

Since you're on Spark flick a PM to @hio77 with your account details. Likely best to get a master filter installed but he can advise.

101 times sounds pretty clear cut.

I'd expect the agent to do their testing and then log through to chorus.

DM me your case number, ill have a look where this has got to.

Looking into it.

Had to publicly note though... Your use of the online app, much loved!

Nice to see my little baby being used... Leaves all the breadcrumbs for me to follow straight to the indicators fault :)
