Basically title. Spark shows it connected in the System but not Bigpipe.

Highly likely your address is a 1/ or 1A sort of address.

 

 

 

Spark's systems do alot of mapping for this sort of thing.

They probably just need to update the system, thats all. Email/Tweet them and they'll be able to help.
