Plans show correctly on IPad, looks like latest applic update not showing correctly iPhone 6. Hope all the main bits work ok.

 

The smaller plans are showing correct amount of data in GB.

 

Even after convert above numbers to GB looks like to me a lot more then 4.5 GB for $36 at max speed.

This is a little issue we had that should be fixed now, and it's purely visual so don't worry about any strange things happening to your plan. Unfortunately in a small amount of cases you'll need to reinstall your app for it to show correctly. Give that a try and it should come right!
