Hi there and Merry Christmas!

Is there any way to change the settings on my S8300 to allow more capacity in my text message Inbox?

Currently i have a couple of hundred txts filed in My Folders but it only allows me maybe 8 or 9 texts in the actual Inbox before saying "MS Memory is full - please delete some messages" which is very frustrating!

Can I configure it to save to the memory card?

When i go into Memory Status, then Messages, it tells me i still have 38k worth of memory.....

Can someone please help?

Cheers and thanks in advance

And now I see it allows up to 201 messages to accrue in my sent items...this is FAR less useful than me being able to accrue them in my Inbox.....

argh!

quite frustrating.....

anyone got a 8300 that has managed a way 'round this?

Cheers

If there is no option in message settings then no.

Hey there,
also have this phone and this is the biggest prob I have with it.
So far have not found anyway around it, the darkforestgroup.com forums has not had any luck either.
I think we are stuck with it like that.
