Our internet connection is driving us nuts. For the last 24 or so hours, pages either load really quickly or stall utterly. There seems to be no particular pattern to the issue, and reloading a page generally works after 3 or 4 attempts.

Troubleshooting with the "Check connectivity of this Internet service" function of my THOMSON TG585v7 router, I get red crosses against the two DNS server addresses.

I assume this means there is a problem at Telecom's end?

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Carl
