All of a sudden I seem to be getting no emails every time someone adds to a thread I participated in!
/me looks at @tdgeek profile and realise he uses an ISP email address well know for having problems.

:-)
Only using webmail and iOS I have rarely had issues. But its quite possible they have all gone to spam. Would be helpful to check the spam folder but there ain't one.
I make enquiries, tks

I am sure the SPF, DKIM, DMARC and TLS connections are all working ok for us. I actually have made some changes in our network configuration and started using Office 365 Connector as a SmartHost instead of sending directly from our server. This allows us to use TLS where possible. I've checked the SPF and unless you found something (which would be nice to know) then everything seems ok.

I didn't look into why the item was spam filtered, there was no instant reason so requires further digging.
At a face value, Concluded tds issue and supplied a workaround...

Cheers Troy. I'm still missing some Nigerian offers, but no rush.....

@freitasm I also have stopped receiving emails for threads i have been watching and previously been receiving emails too
i havent received anything from geekzone since Tuesday
Yes i have check my spam folders and yes im using xtra, but have had ZERO issues in the past
That was my situation. SMX filter spam for you, it wont go to the spam folder. If you blacklisted an email address in webmail it might, I don't know.
In webmail, whitelist forums@geekzone.co.nz that will fix it. I suspect one of the GZ emails that you and I dealt with had some factor that SMX decided was spam.
@Jase2985 as the mentions will get to you

My issue also started Tuesday same as Jase's. But seems only two of us, and an easy fix (that should not have to be made, but... )
That's when I moved from sending emails from our own server to sending via Office 365 - this is because we now have additional IP addresses for the servers and I wanted to move away from running the SMTP server. I monitor the server/email quality using Google Postmaster and I can say checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) all pass. It seems Spark's email platform is being overzealous.

Ditto
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
Another xtra example...
@hio77 how can we check what's going on?
